stand for Business to Government. The site is a leading digital
procurement marketplace that allows companies to bid for government
contracts. The company pioneers the on-line government procurement
with a simple, reliable, and efficient website while conforming
to legal policies and procedures.
The website has separate, password protected sections for Vendors
and Buyers. The Buyers post Request for Proposals with details about
their projects on-line through a web based form. The Vendors can
search and submit bids on-line. Mass Hysteria, the leading ASP in
